When you contact us
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, topic, and message are sent to Aromi’s dedicated support inbox on our Chatwoot service at support.capula.co. The team uses these details to handle your enquiry and reply by email. Our contact service keeps receipt identifiers and protected hashes to prevent duplicate submissions; it does not keep a second copy of your message text. Hosting infrastructure may record request metadata. Do not include passwords or access keys.
When you use the platform
Aromi’s account and machine services process account details, access permissions, machine identifiers, settings, and reported machine status to provide connected controls.
